Spacious house with loads of amenities
5/5 Super, easy check-in process. Very clean house. With just three of us, we had room to spare. Kitchen contains lots of appliances - toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, slow cooker as well as large fridge, oven and microwave. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds are good, especially the north bedroom which was a bit firmer and more to my liking. Laundry had the same washer/dryer combo I have at home! Bonus: detergent and fabric softener is supplied. Two car garage with remote control door opener is awesome, especially in winter/inclement weather. Large elevated deck with a BBQ is great in the summer. The house is a split level so may not be suitable for someone challenged by stairs but for a large family group or an old guy who snores and gets kicked out of bed by his wife at 3:00am every night and needs another bed to sleep in, it’s great!

Nice place to stay!
4/5 Easy to find home off a major road. All the shopping and restaurants a person would need. The space was perfect for our needs compared to a hotel. I would stay here again! I had no communication with the property manager so I gave it 2 stars.

Scary incident, House on main road
1/5 As a single mom and handicapped daughter, we had a safety concern and had to flee immediately upon check-in due to a suspicious man screaming "die people die" outside the house. Unfortunately It's been weeks and I still have not been reimbursed for this terribly scary incident. The home sits on a main street with a sidewalk out front, and is extremely close to the neighbors in the back who are pretty loud. The house was very nicely kept but was mostly original carpet and fixtures resembling the 70s. Everyone was very nice but I'm very disappointed in the ability and priority of the property management company to refund me and keep me safe. ??!!

-We are sorry you felt uncomfortable. We have a police and fire station very close by, and we encouraged you to call us as well with any concerns. We also checked with our neighbors who didn't report any noise or safety issues.
-The carpet is original but in good condition.
-We did work with Evolve to provide you with a very fair reimbursement.
