Great property!
5/5 We really enjoyed staying here!!! Fabulous updates and plenty of space! Only wish there was more seating upstairs in the living room, but we made it work. Spent most of our time on the north shore or in canal park anyway. Convenient location and very quiet!

Lovely place
5/5 The house was great. Definitely needs new windows yet. The one thing really that was somewhat of an inconvenience was the fact that that handy man was there very regularly cutting the grass or doing stuff in the shed. Made us not want to go outside. He was however very friendly when we talked with him about a bear getting into the garbage outside on our first night there. All 5 rooms were nice and neat, beds were comfy, very clean place.

Teachers Conference stay
5/5 What an absolutely wonderful stay we had for our recent trip to the Minnesota Math Teachers Conference. Our team of professors and college students had a restful and wonderful stay. The Wifi was excellent which helped the students complete homework and grading assignments. The house was comfortably appointed with a nice modern minimalism. Communication with the manager was excellent, and we would highly recommend this rental for future groups.

Good Place for Sleeping 10 People
4/5 Cute place. Sleeps 10 very comfortably. Beds are comfy with good linens and pillows. House is kept at a good temp. Not too hot. Bathrooms are spacious with nice towels and toiletries. Lots of hooks to hang stuff. Shower has lots of pressure and hot water is abundant. Adequate parking for 5 cars. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and there are some spices, oils, cooking spray available. Great stove and oven. Nice big air fryer/toaster oven- really great for breakfast. Big Fridge. Communication with host was great. Super fast response.
Property is a bit hard to find, trust Google Maps. If you are planning to hang out at the property with a big group, bring extra chairs. Seating at the counter height dining room table for 6. Family room seats 4. If your big group drinks coffee, bring a carafe. Coffee pot is a 5 cup!? Filters are provided.
