  The stay was adequate for what you needed. Beds and couches weren’t very comfortable but the basement area was very spacious. VRBO recommended it as a stay with children, but no pack n play, high chair or kids toys was available. Coffee pot only made two cups worth, definitely needs a bigger coffee pot. Also, they should provide more paper towels. There is a neighbors dog that comes on the property randomly so I hope you’re ok with that.. the fire pit was super nice in the evenings.

  -Please note that we do not advertise packs and plays, high chairs, or children's toys. We encourage guests to review all listing details to ensure their expectations are aligned.
  -Additionally, we will take your suggestion for a larger coffee pot into consideration. Extra paper towels are typically stored under the kitchen sink. Guests are welcome to reach out to our guest contact with any questions or concerns during their stay.

  We really enjoyed staying here!!! Fabulous updates and plenty of space! Only wish there was more seating upstairs in the living room, but we made it work. Spent most of our time on the north shore or in canal park anyway. Convenient location and very quiet!

  The house was great. Definitely needs new windows yet. The one thing really that was somewhat of an inconvenience was the fact that that handy man was there very regularly cutting the grass or doing stuff in the shed. Made us not want to go outside. He was however very friendly when we talked with him about a bear getting into the garbage outside on our first night there. All 5 rooms were nice and neat, beds were comfy, very clean place.

• Teachers Conference stay

  What an absolutely wonderful stay we had for our recent trip to the Minnesota Math Teachers Conference. Our team of professors and college students had a restful and wonderful stay. The Wifi was excellent which helped the students complete homework and grading assignments. The house was comfortably appointed with a nice modern minimalism. Communication with the manager was excellent, and we would highly recommend this rental for future groups.
