  I felt it was in good condition and fairly clean - would have liked a chair for the little patio area,,... loved that it was so close to the downtown area for walking to meals, and shopping !! Very quiet area !! We also took advantage of the walk to the lake and enjoyed seeing eagles, loons and other fowl. The outside could use a little clean up from spiders and bugs in their webs but overall I liked it and would go there again.

  Clean and comfortable home with great location to town. Slight odor to home, possibly old wood smell or windows and home closed up too long. Otherwise, it worked well for our family.

• Perfect Location

  My family for a long weekend. We were very impressed how close restaurants, shops, and the beach & skate park were. Perfect for kids to explore with us and just a short walk back to the house for breaks between activities. So much to explore this town. We are not bicyclists, but hear the trails are world class. Just enough space for a family of 4, or even 5.

  Property is a great location for walking the town of Crosby and very close to Cuyuna trails. Private yard, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and plenty of parking.

• Great location but awful communication

  This is a cute home that is conveniently located to restaurants, the brewery and the mountain biking trails. You can definitely park your car and not use it again if you're looking to bike and stay around downtown. The main criticism I have about this property is the lack of communication, and by lack of, I mean zero responses. Upon getting to the home we quickly realized the air conditioning wasn't work (there are instructions that state to put the thermostat at 65 before check-out, the thermostat clearly stated there was an error). We then noticed a few of the windows were open (makes me think they knew the AC was out), and unfortunately not all of the windows have screens which allowed mosquitoes and flies to get into the home. I left 2 voicemails with the general contact number provided and 5 direct messages to the management company overseeing the project - we received zero responses from anyone. We ended up leaving a night early. I left a handwritten note to let the homeowner know why the thermostat wasn't on. To date, I haven't heard from anyone that I reached out to - general contact or the management team for the property. The house is nice, the location is great, but zero communication is frustrating.
