Stay for biking
5/5 The property was clean, good size dining table. Would benefit from some extra hooks in or near the bathroom for towels. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have the garage access for bike storage.

My Home Town
3/5 Crosby is my home town. The property was the perfect location for my weekend stay. It was exactly what I needed. It had everything you would need to be away from home. The only complaint I had was I had to clean the floors and all surfaces along with the bathroom at check-in.

Sincere apologies if the cleanliness in a couple of rooms was not up to par. Our cleaning team takes tremendous pride in their work and we have received many compliments about the cleanliness in the past. We followed up with our team lead and they said that this was a very rare occasion where this was cleaned by a team member without the lead there to inspect. They assured us that they will directly oversee the work of this member in the future and ensure that the highest standards of quality are present. So sorry that this impacted an otherwise wonderful stay.
Girls Bike Trip!!!
5/5 Lovely home close to bike trails and the downtown area. The only downfall was the shower. It was tiny and water leaked through the floor, but Evolve responded immediately. Lastly, I personally would not sleep on the futon in the entry, but the sofa would make a great extra bed. This was a great home for 4 girls on our trip and had everything we needed. We loved the growlers left behind for refills and loved Cuyuna Brewery. Such a cute town!!! If the shower situation was improved, this place would be perfect - but it wasn't a deal-breaker. It's clean, just uncomfortable.

From the owner: "Samantha, thank you for your stay and review. We also appreciate you letting our team know about any issues with the shower so that they could respond immediately. After this, we did have a contractor mount the shower differently to decrease the chances of water getting outside the tub and possibly leaking, and we have not had any problems since. Thank you!"
