Central location and Everything we needed!
5/5 The house was exactly as described online. It has all of the necessities for our family of 5. It’s a perfect location between Crosby, Ironton, and the trails. We walked to the playground every day, and biked to the trails later. Easy walk or bike into town for pizza too. Having garage access to store bikes was really awesome. Hosts were very fast to respond and accommodate our late check out request.

3/5 The house was not well maintained. There was poor water pressure in the shower, the shower curtain was slimy, there was a dirty washcloth in the shower on arrival. No ice in the freezer, and the ice cube tray leaked. On a positive note, 2 out of 3 of the beds were comfortable. A/C worked great, and neighborhood was quiet.

-The water pressure has been checked, and it’s strong when the handle is fully turned on. We’ll make sure this is noted more clearly for future guests.
-The shower curtain has been replaced, as we believe what you noticed was staining from recent rust in the city water. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
-We’ll also be replacing the leaking ice cube trays to ensure they’re fully functional going forward.

3/5 We were disappointed when we arrived at the house because it smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the house. The house was also not very clean. It could definitely use a good deep clean. We liked having the garage for bike storage and the location was close to town which made for a nice walk.

From the Owner: We sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay were disappointing. We had longer-term tenants in the property over the off-season and although it was cleaned by them and our team, in hindsight having more time for this transition would have been good. If we ever do this again, we will be sure to allow for that. The cleanliness of the property and the responsiveness of our team are typically great strengths. Apologies that did not show in this instance.
