  What a beautiful stay! My partner and I spent a week at Ian’s Place in October. We had a great time exploring Kitty Island, kayaking Thousand Island Lake, watching deer, and taking a day trip to the porcupine mountains. The cabin is equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing retreat into the north woods.

  My fiancee and I needed a getaway and Ian's place couldn't have been the better spot for it! The cottage was cozy, had everything we needed, and offers so much for choices of activities, board games, retro movie nights, living room camping by the wood stove. Plenty more outside too! The lake and views were great, small walks to the pier at night were awesome (never seen so many stars!

  Definitely a cool place to disconnect from the world for a bit. Will be coming back!

• Peace n Quiet

  If your looking for a Beautiful Getaway with Peace n Quiet then look no Further. My wife and I wanted somewhere that felt like home but wasn't. And that's exactly what we found at our stay here. I love to fish so I headed right for the lake. On the Property there's a nice little dock to sit back on, enjoy a drink and cast a line on. I even manged to catch a nice little small mouth bass which I put back but not before taking a picture. So I had proof that the BIG one didn't get away, lol. When I returned back to the house my wife was next door visiting with our Gracious host Pam. Pam had invited us over for dinner our first night which we gladly accepted. We sat around the bond fire talking while enjoying our dinner and exchanging stories. We had no issues with anything in the house, everything worked as it should. My wife and I are already planning on a return visit when we can get time off.
