Good stay, great location
4/5 As frequent visitors of TC, we normally end up staying out past 3 Mile, so it was wonderful to be so close to downtown this trip. This was a nice rental with all the amenities you would expect. It's an old house that has been somewhat refurbished (all the important parts are modern). The host company was good. Only minor annoyances (couldn't add apps to the RokuTV, a neighbor's dog woke us up early each morning)...just silly little stuff. I'd recommend this place, for sure.
Great Location
4/5 The location for this rental is perfect. You can walk 3 blocks and be at all the restaurants/bars in downtown Traverse City. It’s about a 5 block walk to the beach and a short 2 min drive to the grocery store. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfy. The only drawback is that the house is on a very busy street so you do get some street noise. Overall a wonderful property that we would stay at again.

5/5 Thought the property was great. Nice newer bathroom and kitchen. I grilled and sat outside on their patio furniture. Plus ample room for parking.

5/5 Nice place to stay. Good neighborhood. Close to downtown traverse. Plenty of parking behind the house. Clean. Comfy beds. No complaints!
