Bowling Weekend
5/5 House was exactly as advertised!! Plenty of beds and room for our groups bowling weekend! The location was perfect with a grocery store directly across the street and plenty of food options only minutes away. The basement was awesome with ping pong, pool, darts, and card table to give us plenty to do once our day on the lanes was finished! Will definitely be using this property again in the future when we come up north!

Just what we needed
5/5 Our group had such a great stay at your property. Everything was well organized in the home with instructions for all TVs and appliances. We really enjoyed the game room!!! Having access to the garage to the for our golf clubs and equipment was a nice bonus. Looking forward to another visit.

Huge House with everything you need!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay in this almost 5,000sq ft Ranch! We had a group of 14 (4adults,10 kids). The house had a 80’s decor and vibe to it and we didn’t mind it at all! Solid house and solid furniture & I loved the old school appliances! The basement Billiards table, ping pong table, black jack/ card table and wet bar with plenty area for all to keep entertained . There was enough beds to sleep 15 with basement pull out sofas but honestly the little kids slept on the couches /sofas because they were so firm and comfy / big enough. Plenty of property outside and we brought a volley ball net to have some evening fun! The backyard was definitely windy that’s why it’s called Windy Acres but we didn’t mind it better then no wind at all on the hot evenings. The house was fully loaded to anything you needed besides actual food which the market is walking distance across the street from house or a 1-2 minute drive ! Downtown traverse city/ public beaches was less than 15 minutes without traffic.Lots of shopping stores and restaurants /fast food/ coffee/ bakeries etc with in minutes drive.Evelyn the host was quick in replacing out the coffee machine when I sent a message it wasn’t working properly we had a new one with a few hours. She was easy to get a hold of via Text and she was nice to let us check in at 10am opposed to 4pm so we had an extra full day. Overall I will be back in this area in the future and would definitely come back here again if it’s available. Thank You!
