Nice but dated
3/5 Location is great, house is adequate but needs updating especially bathrooms, view is great onto the small lake , owner very nice and responsive, I would do new carpet/floors , paint the entire house, update bathrooms and kitchen.

-Regarding your suggestions for updates, we appreciate your input and will definitely consider it as we continue to improve and maintain our property. We understand that every guest has their own preferences and standards, and we'll take your comments into consideration.
-Our property is designed for a family of 5 to spend time together and enjoy the amenities, including the water pond in the backyard. It's not intended for large gatherings or events, such as weddings. We do have a maximum occupancy limit and a policy against hosting large groups or events. It seems this rule was not met during your stay.
-While we understand that your guests may have parked in front of our neighbors' mailboxes and outside the driveways, we do have a designated parking area for our guests, as mentioned in the pre-stay information.

5/5 The house was great. The kitchen had everything we needed, we practiced ping-pong in the basement, and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pond was the star of the stay, the water is nice and clean, there were many people from houses around it swimming and playing in the water. We greatly enjoyed it.
