Nice place. Great location.
4/5 This is my second stay here. The first time I came with my girlfriend and it was perfect. This time I came with my husband and another couple and it is a little tight for 4 people. However, still a great place, good location and the owner/manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect location
5/5 Amazing location. Condo as described and appointed nicely. No issues but be aware A/C is split unit so one bedroom is freezing while the other is hot. Needs window blind in second bedroom and condo association should do a better job of cleaning outside the unit.
Good location, but not a good experience with the property
2/5 This is the email we sent to the owner when checking out:
We have just checked out of the unit and wanted to bring some things to your attention. The location of the property was great. We never had to use our car the entire time we were here. However, we were not satisfied with the quality of the unit.
Items that were already broken:
First floor toilet seat. One of the anchors was broken.
First floor window blinds did not function. We were unable to get the slats open and let in light. Also several of the slats were previously repaired using tape / clips
2nd bedroom was pretty much uninhabitable:
There was no AC in the room and no blinds on the window. So the room was very hot day / night. I planned on using this room to sleep, but instead slept on the sofa downstairs.
The room was not very clean. There was white dog hair covering the comforter and floor. We had to wash the comforter, and sweep the floor, to get rid of the hair. I am very allergic to pet hair.
Had we known there was no AC in this room we would not have booked this property.
Balcony was not clean and useable:
There was dirty standing water and an old towel sitting on the floor. Plus the ledge had a layer dirt on it.
