Stop Searching Now - this is the PERFECT cottage on Houghton Lake!
5/5 Wish we could give it more than 5 stars! My husband and I were at the lake for
a relaxing get-away. We've rented vacation homes in Florida, Virginia, and Michigan, and everything about this cottage exceeded our expectations. It's been completely renovated, inside and out, and looks just like the pictures. Every space is immaculate, with top notch furnishings and amenities. Everything we could possibiy need was included, clearly marked, and easily located. The bedding and towels were wonderful, it felt like we were in a luxury resort. We had a few questions about the area and our stay, and the owners answered immediately. As advised in the Welcome book, we had several meals at local restaurants, with friendly staff and delicious menus. We walked a block to the lake every day and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend Brian's Marina for boat rentals and service. All in all, it was a fantastic experience - I'll stop now, or you'll think I'm a friend or family member of the owners! I'm just a very happy vacationer!
