Comfortable space
4/5 Comfortable unit; very clean; very nice bathroom; comfortable beds. Suggestion: Keep a card table with folding chairs in kitchen area. Seating is limited to 2 people presently. Setting things on the pool table could be avoided if there were a table available. Also, kitchen towels and a few larger cutting knives would help.Evolve property manager was very confusing. I was unable to get check in instructions online. I needed to call the 800 number.

Overall good experience but listing can be misinterpreted.
3/5 It was overall a good experience but never knew the unit will be a lower unit ( basically a finished basement) when booking. When the check in instructions were send out before the trip it was mentioned as lower unit and upon reaching the property we saw it was a basement. The entrance to the unit was through the garage taking some narrow stairs.

Great weekend trip
5/5 This was a great, easy place to stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family. The accommodations were clean and quiet. We especially liked playing pool and watching movies by the fire.
