Great lakeside fun!
5/5 My teens and I had a great time here! The property is beautiful and perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding! The deck was a wonderful place to sit in the morning to enjoy coffee, or sit in the evening to see the beautiful sunset! The owner provided many essentials, including some fun games.

Family Vacation
4/5 We had a nice relaxing family vacation in this cute house. The house has a huge deck with a beautiful view of the lake. Kids loved the peddle boat. My only suggestion would be air conditioning. Even if it’s just window units in the bedrooms. The rest of the house gets nice and cool at night with just the windows open.

Should have brought cleaning supplies
2/5 The place was a bit dirty, i have pics. I was not happy that I booked this place through VRBO and then was handed off to Evolve and paid fees to both companies. Was not happy with the incidental damage fee that was not refundable after I left the property as good or actually in better condition and did not have any incident or property damage. I would like somebody from VRBO to contact me.

“Booking Error”
1/5 I would love to tell you about my stay, but it never happened. The property is poorly managed by a management company called “Evolve” and my reservation was cancelled. This is something that their BBB profile shows happens quite a bit (you should review it). I would avoid booking this house, mainly because of poor management and you won’t entirely know if your reservation is actually confirmed (even after a confirmation). If you want to avoid the headache, and not risk your family’s vacation getting cancelled… stay way from this property.
