PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - N9474 M-64, #3, Marenisco, MI 49947
- Drive north on Hwy 51 through Minocqua. Continue approximately 5 miles until you reach Hwy. M on your right toward Boulder Junction
- Travel Hwy M through the town of Boulder Junction
- Stay on Hwy. M approximately 5 miles until you reach County B.
- Turn left onto County Road B and continue straight through Presque Isle, continuing on straight to enter Michigan
- Follow the road through Marenisco till you come to a stop sign at Hwy 2
- Turn right and go approximately 3 -4 miles till you come to Hwy M-64
- Turn left onto M-64 and drive about 5 miles. Sunnyside Resort is just past the Gogebic grocery so slow down and turn in the driveway to the right
- The property is located in the Sunnyside Resort
- All cabins are marked with a number. Look for cabin #3. It is Tan in color and on the waterfront on Gogebic Lake

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- No early check-ins allowed
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which can be found on the left side of the front steps of the deck of the cabin. The code is 47253
- You must punch in the key code again to get the key back in the lockbox
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 9:00 AM
- No late check-outs allowed
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Remove all trash from unit and place in dumpster across Hwy M-64. The dumpster is located next to overflow trailer and car parking area. You are to use these dumpsters during your whole stay, as there will be no garbage
pickup. Pick up is every Monday
- Wash and put away all used dishes. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or food in the refrigerator
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used towels in a pile in the shower
- Turn down heat in all rooms and bedrooms to 45 and leave sink cabinet doors open in winter. There is a black mark on the dial that indicates 45
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please put any furniture, or other items back the way they were when you arrived
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Each room, bedroom, and bathroom has a thermostat for heat. Please be reasonable with the temperature setting. Keep all blankets and sheets clear of the baseboard heaters because they get very hot and can catch on fire
- There is a grocery/supply store just before the driveway to enter the resort. They have food/camping/fishing/clothing supplies, beer, pizza, chips, charcoal, lighter fluid, and more. Check them out for any needs you may have. Shawn is a great guy and does a great job helping visitors

PARKING:
- 2 vehicle can be parked in the driveway
- Please park parallel to the cabin and leave room for other vehicles to pass unless there's an open parking stall next to the cabin
- Trailer parking is allowed in designated parking lot (across the street). There is no trailer parking next to the cabins (strictly enforced)
