We visited for a long weekend with two young kids. Rooms were spacious and easily fit our pack n play. Nice one level which was easy for the kids to play. The floors especially could’ve been a little cleaner but we were really only there to sleep and for a couple of meals. Great access to everything in the area. We walked almost everywhere!

Cute place. Open concept was nice. The location was great! Was thinking it was going to be loud being that it is above a little store in downtown but it wasn’t. Night time was quiet and I loved the black out drapes. Plenty of kitchen supplies for every meal you want to make. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping that was done before our arrival was bad. The coffee pot still had coffee in the pot and coffee grounds and filter still in it.Both the carpet in the living area and the back bedroom were not vacuumed. And We went to use the Dyson that was provided but it did not work.So overall, the place was exactly what we were looking for and we loved our stay.But The cleaning needs to be improved on.

We read a lot amazing reviews which led my family to select this apartment, however our experience matched the lower rated scores.
To start with some positives, the location for this apartment was great- right in the middle of the downtown Grand Haven area. Parking was also included, however not all instructions were provided prior to check in. Another car had parked in our designated area initially, and we were not told how to reserve the spot until we reached out to the owner. The owner responded quickly, however this information prior to checking in would have been appreciated.
Despite being charged a cleaning fee, this place was really dirty upon check in, as if it were not cleaned. We have two small children and their hands and toes were black from the dirt within minutes of crawling around. Lots of dust and crumbs were littered throughout the place, and we had to vacuum and do some cleaning ourselves shortly after check in. Extra amenities such as dish soap and paper towels were lacking, and two very dirty sponges were sitting out to be used. There was a leaky kitchen faucet and someone put a ziplock bag around the leak. In the bathroom, the tub did not have a working a drain stopper and we had trouble giving our kids a bath.
All in all, the rental charged a premium price for an adequate (albeit dirty) unit in a great location.

-Regarding the kitchen sink hose, we have already prepared the replacement. However, due to high turnover during the busy summer season, we have not yet been able to install it. Rest assured, this is being prioritized, as we work to resolve the issue promptly.
