We met friends from college at this cute cabin located steps away from the beach and family friendly park. The area is very easy to navigate with several shopping centers and restaurants. You could tell the host is very thoughtful with welcome book and stocked toiletries and condiments.

Overall, this place was as advertised. I stayed with my husband, 14 month old child, my sister, and my parents. Check in was smooth, and communication was fast and easy when we needed to locate towels. We chose to stay at a VRBO instead of a hotel because we needed access to a kitchen for baby bottles and cooking in general. The kitchen was mostly well-appointed, but we had to borrow baking sheets from other family. Other guests left behind a ton of food in the pantry, most of it expired, which we had to throw away to make room for the new food we purchased for ourselves. We appreciated the coffee makers and ziploc bags! While the home suited our purposes, we did have an ant problem which worsened over time. We had to put all food away in sealed containers immediately after eating, and any crumbs that fell on the floor immediately attracted the ants. No leaving fruit out on the kitchen table. We actually found active ant beds in the crack between the kitchen and the laundry room. If we had a longer stay, we would have contacted the property manager about it, but since have a toddler, active ant baits would not have been safe during our stay. We suggest putting down ant baits in between guests and ensuring there are no beds inside the home. The upstairs room has no curtains to block any light on the windows, which made it harder for our baby to nap. The upstairs room also has a plastic cover on the bed, which I can understand in a rental, but it made for sweaty nights.

Everything was amazing! My family loved staying here. From the house to the beach. The neighborhood was friendly and nice. Can't wait to stay again

A very nice place!
I would have given it 5 stars, except for the somewhat minor fact that there was no hand soap in the bathroom (we took what little there was in the kitchen over to the bathroom) and there were not many washcloths available.
We were grateful for the use of the laundry facilities and washed cloths as we needed them.
Also, we were under the impression there was a port a crib or pack 'n' play and we couldn't find that anywhere.
Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay, and our children were delighted with the beach toys and water items in the garage. I was especially appreciative of the life vests, as I had forgotten ours at home.
Leslie was very helpful and let us in earlier than the stated check in time. Due to traveling with my husband, and him needing to be at an early afternoon meeting, this was a deal clincher for us, as otherwise I would've had to sit at the park with my 4 children and all our luggage while he took our transportation to the meeting. :)
We found it very clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again if we could!!
Thanks much!!
