Super hot in the house and aketchy neighborhood
1/5 The house was cite and clean inside but the neighborhood was sketchy. We did not feel particularly safe. And the house had nor air except in one bedroom. Even then the curtains fell over the ac unit. If uou want air you lose privacy. Becuase 9f the heat amd the neighborhood we cam close to cutting our trip short.

-The A/C unit is installed in one bedroom and operates effectively when the curtains are used, with no prior complaints. We recognize that some guests have noted concerns about heat, so we will update our listing to clearly indicate that A/C is available only in one bedroom. Additionally, we provide multiple fans in every room and will evaluate the need for more units for the next summer.
-Regarding your comments about the neighborhood, we respectfully disagree with the characterization. The area is widely recognized as one of the best in Detroit, and we believe it offers significant value for guests seeking a quality experience.
