  My boyfriend and I had a blast. The game room in the garage was perfect for me & him because we both love video games. The house itself was small and cozy, we cuddled on the couch and felt an “at home” vibe.

  We both had a great time and look forward to booking this house in the future.

• Great location

  House is in a great location. It's in a good neighborhood, very close to the Henry Ford Museum and 15-20 min to downtown. The house wasn't bad but wasn't very clean and strange that the place is basically empty. There isn't even one piece of decoration or nicknack just nothing. Also no light in toilet in the basement so unusable. House has good potential though.

Unfortunately, the light in the basement bathroom did break during your stay and has now been replaced.   - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will look into adding more decor around the home that will complement the game room and bar area.
  - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.

• clean & safe, but under-equipped kitchen

  Charming, clean home in a safe neighborhood. Kitchen woefully under-equipped: No toaster, large fry pan unusable, only 2 kitchen dishtowels, no sharp knives or cutting board, no large serving or mixing bowls, no measuring cups or spoons. Only 3 things in drawer were a pizza cutter, a can opener & a spatula. Most of these items can be purchased inexpensively at a dollar store, Since most people stay in homes instead of hotels because they want to cook, I feel this is a serious drawback.

• Lack of supplies but nice neighborhood

  Negatives: The listing says gas grill, but the propane was empty. There were two half used rolls of toilet paper, for four of us staying 5 days. No paper towels, no kitchen mixing spoons, no dishwasher soap even though we were to run it at the end of our stay. Limited bath towels, washrags, dishrags and dishtowels. One of the "clean" comforters had a sticker on it which led me to believe it had not been washed. Two of the chairs outside had large rips on the seat. The hot water tank is small, a short 10 minute shower and you are out of hot water. The upstairs sink is slow to drain. Positives: Very nice neighborhood, quiet and safe. Plenty of silverware, cups and plates. The kids loved the games in the garage. Overall it was a nice stay. Just need more attention to the small details.
