Excellent space and beautiful location
4/5 The house is as pictured and spacious. The space fit two families traveling together perfectly with space to retreat and space to gather. Check in was easy and the information was clearly communicated in emails and texts before arrival. The dishes were all dirty with a film on them. I attribute this partially to hard water in Northern MI, but more to a bad dishwasher. We had some initial issues with the dishwasher and reached out to the property manager and received no assistance. Thankfully, we figured it out but even so you still had to hand wash even after running the washer because they weren’t clean. Hodgepodge of things in the kitchen, I wouldn’t consider it well stocked. Would be nice to provide some better bathroom products besides a half bottle of knock off head and shoulders. Overall, a great property. I would return to rent one of the cabins, but this one wouldn’t be my first choice.

Good Stay
4/5 We had a good stay at this mountain cabin. We have been staying at these cabins for years. The location is fantastic and the cabins are great. We happened to not have the best cleaning before our arrival and had to wash a lot of the dishes and clean after arrival. The minor issues we had were addressed by the manager quickly and with great communication. We would definitely stay with this manager in this unit again.

Long weekend ski trip
4/5 Cottage was very nice with plenty of beds. The hot tub was super cloudy and barely usable despite asking to have it serviced.

Mountain Cabins are fantastic!
5/5 Having owned a similar cabin at Boyne previously, we love these units. This was no exception. Relaxing, plenty of room and many things to do in the area. Would definitely come back. Property owner was responsive and proactive in communicating. Highly recommend!
