Good home base for exploring the area
3/5 The room was clean and I loved that the spacious bathroom had quick hot water that stayed hot as long as you needed it. Not a fan of the single ply toilet paper. It just made us use waaaaay more than we normally would.
The unit is difficult to find. Unfortunately we arrived in the dark and the rain and GPS initially directed us to the wrong building. The unit numbers are impossible to see unless you walk up to them with a flashlight. When we found the correct building we once again has to traipse all around with a flashlight to find the correct unit. It would be helpful if the instructions explain that the unit is downstairs and to the right of the far right entrance when facing the building.
There was also some conflicting info. The email from evolve said there is a keypad and provided a code - which is not accurate- and to be out by 10:00. The text from evolve correctly explained the lockbox and code and said to be out by 10:00. But inside the unit the sign said be out by 11:00. We didn’t know which was correct so hurried out by 10 just in case.
Some people may like soft pillows and bed. We do not so it wasn’t comfortable for us, but that is just a personal preference.
The fridge froze our food so be careful with that, but it may have been because we only had a few items in it.
Overall it was ok, not fantastic. The price was reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for!

-We also apologize for the conflicting checkout information. The correct checkout time is 11:00 AM, and we have updated the listing and pre-stay information to reflect this.
