PROPERTY ADDRESS:

- The property can be challenging to find if the directions are not properly reviewed, especially after dark. Cell service can be spotty in the area and some GPS apps do not work properly (using Apple Maps is recommended)
- From US-131: Exit on 19 Mile Rd. Drive west until you get to a bend to the right. Take the next left on 14 Mile Rd. Take 14 Mile Rd to M-37 and turn right (north). Take this to W 76th. Travel west on W 76th and make a right turn at Central Park Blvd. Next, take a right turn onto S Lake Cecelia Dr. As you drive north on Lake Cecelia Dr. you’ll drive toward a red barn/garage. You’ll eventually come to a split in the road, where you’ll go to the left. You’ll immediately see a street sign/pole with red and white stripes that says “Montrose” at an intersection. Turn right here. After going over a hill, make an immediate left when the road splits. You'll see a tree directly in front of you with two red reflectors on it. Turn left here on Buttercup. As you drive west on Buttercup, you’ll see a white house on the right with an address board out front

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry at the front door. The code is 2568
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the the circuit breakers for the well and baseboard heaters
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
