We had an amazing time at the cottage!! The house, beach area was nothing but amazing! Tenant was very responsive. We had an issue with the water and within an hour he found someone to come out and fix it! We definitely want to go back yearly!!
Visited this property with my girlfriends. The inside was spacious & beautiful. Equipped with top notch appliances in an amazing kitchen. Everything provided. We spent the entire day on the deck and at the beach. An easy walk for those with mobility issues. The beds were comfy, even the bunk beds . Clean and newly renovated. Would love to see the before pictures.
We are already planning our next visit.

Gorgeous camp - well built; noticeable craftsmanship. When it comes to vacation rentals I am partial to classic log home builds, but this modern design caught my eye, and it turned out to be even better in person. Floor to ceiling, it's beautifully constructed, immediately warm & inviting, easy to live in. High end fixtures, appliances, cupboards, counters, and furniture. Everything is comfortable.
Whoever finished the kitchen and bathrooms had a great sense for balancing form and function - those spaces really elevated the experience, almost to the point where you mutter the word 'luxury'. Much of the lighting is on dimmer switches (huge benefit) although it's a mixture of cold and warm spectrum light. The wood paneled ceiling in the primary living space is the character of the home and really expresses itself under warm light.
We stayed in February, but I can imagine burning dual campfires on the deck and the beach is a memorable experience during the summer months. We utilized the indoor fireplace all throughout the snowy weekend, and it was wonderful. The lack of any fireplace tools was puzzling (it's a very worthy fireplace), and we were smart to bring our own firewood - the pile near the boathouse was mostly dimensional lumber better suited for outdoor firepits.
TV and wi-fi connections were totally reliable, and everything in the house worked flawlessly.
Do not dismiss the written directions in your booking info, and save your check-in information offline - your GPS really will lead you down a couple of dead end private roads, and you might lose cellular reception in the woods where you are lost (reception is fine at the property). It's a secluded property in many respects, nestled between dense trees and the beach, but it also has neighboring properties in relatively close proximity. My wife and I don't make much noise, but we were still grateful that the adjacent property was unoccupied during our February visit. I think the waterfront access probably outweighs those proximity concerns in summer months - but it's something to consider if you really value privacy and wanna be isolated.
We had great communication with the host contact. This is my second time booking a vacation rental through Evolve and I like their approach and their price.
It was the perfect space for my partner and I to enjoy a quiet New Year's Weekend. Tucked away through some woods but opens into an expansive lake view. The house was comfortable and perfectly spacious for us. Notably, the Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and the like. My partner is a Chef and out of all the spaces we've rented before this one was top for Kitchen provisions. Overall - absolutely beautiful space!!
