Great Weekend Stay
5/5 Amazing location. Although it is in Kittery, it is only steps away from downtown Portsmouth. There are also two great restaurants right outside the door (less than 1 minute walk) on the island, which came in very handy in the evenings. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect landing pad
5/5 We just needed a clean, comfortable place to spend our nights as we were out and about most of the day and this was just right. Great location and price too. We lost power one night due to an April snow storm and they reimbursed us no problem. My only complaint was not enough TP and no tissues but we just ended up buying some. It was probably the nicest rental we've stayed in, would definitely stay there again. PS...Didn't need air conditioning when we stayed but hopefully they put them in for summer.

Little piece of Heaven with water views

Great value- amazing bed
5/5 Had the opportunity to stay at this Kittery property this past week. The place has a convenient parking [2 spots] in front of the building and the apartment is cozy with a magnificent kind bed and for someone with back issues- this firm mattress was like tailor made for a great night sleep.
The host delivered a spotless unit. We were visiting for family reasons, so we really just used it for our overnight rest and cannot attest to convenience in location other than that is a super short drive from Portsmouth - which is incredibly convenient.
I would recommend this property and expect to book it again in May.
