5/5 This house is in excellent condition. My grandchildren loved playing in the loft. The screened in room was a wonderful refuge from the family chias. We all loved the beach and the canoe. I can’t say enough about our vacation here.

No power no water
3/5 It was a nice cabin for the price. Only issue we had was loosing power for about 10 hrs on are first evening/night. With no power we had no water. The rest of the stay was ok.

Great vacation rental for family
5/5 This was a great home to stay in, spacious for a family of 5, 3 kids and 2 adults. Everything was provided (which was amazon because i definitely overpacked) contact with owner was A+, very attentive and to the point. Location was perfect. Lake was a 2 min walk, beach was clean. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Canoe was provided, (which we did not use!) Dunkin donuts and hannaford were a 10 min drive, if you need firewood its a 3 min drive down road. Fire pit, which is a must have for my family, was fun. Beds were super comfy, house was very clean, only thing which caught my attention were doors were opening by themselves and things were falling when no one was around or when we were asleep. Other than that, this was a great vacation home and gave us a peace of mind while venturing away from fast paced city living. we loved the area so much i am planning a vacation in august again. Would definitely recommend. Thank you ferris for a great vacation!
