Very cool property with floor to ceiling windows and a cool loft for multiple people to sleep. 10 minute drive from Sunday River mountain and good views of the place. Fully stocked with all cleaning supplies, blankets, washer and dryer, etc.

Check in was very confusing. For future stayers, you have to make an evolve account and go through a process on there to get code to check in. It is not in the VRBO instructions like most properties. Other than that it was awesome

Loved the place. Perfect location and plenty of space.

The converted barn is exactly what is advertised. A nice view of the surrounding mountains and the river at the bottom of the hill is very welcome. While there are neighbors within view, the distance is enough to have a fair bit of privacy and seclusion. We found the property well stocked with everything we needed. The accommodations are a bit cozy, but if you plan to spend most of the time at the slopes or hiking, you aren't really going to notice.
