Overall - great location
3/5 I would recommend letting people know the stairs up to the bathroom/bedroom are very steep - good thing there are railing on both sides of the stairs.
I would also recomment doing something with the top of the railing, very pointy, if someone were to fall (very slim walkway up stairs) they could do some damage due to that railing.

4/5 It's a really nice place, lots of room, and it was nice having kitchen utensils and TVs in the house, and close to town.
