  I was 1 of 5 women that stayed in this house. the location to D.C. was excellent. The house was spacious enough for all of us, but there were some problems. Upon our arrival, as soon as we walked in the door we could smell cigarettes. The house wasn't properly cleaned, and the refrigerator wasn't cold. We called to complain, and someone did come right away. We went out while they took care of things, and when we came back they had taken care of the things we specifically complained about, but the smell was still there. Unfortunately, the house overall still wasn't really as clean as we'd hoped. The workmanship on repairs in some of the rooms was very shoddy, the home could use a general painting, and a deep professional cleaning.

  - We apologize for the cigarette smell and the initial lack of cleanliness. We immediately sent a cleaning team to address your concerns, including vacuuming, refreshing the bedding, and checking the refrigerator.
  - The refrigerator is new and after further investigation, it was determined that the warm items you had brought in out of the hot summer heat needed time to cool down after the items were placed inside. We also provided a standby refrigerator for your convenience.
  - We understand the house still did not meet your expectations for cleanliness and that the cigarette smell persisted. We are taking steps to ensure a thorough deep cleaning and addressing any painting and repair needs.
  - We appreciate your feedback regarding the workmanship on repairs and will have a professional review and improve these areas.
