Can't beat it
5/5 I recently stayed in this Condo for 6 days/5 nights with my family of 4. It provided us a full kitchen with all the utensils you'll need to cook a meal just like you're at home, which helps ease the $100 hit every time we went to the local restaurants. 2 full baths that helps immensely with small children coming back from the beach. A/C units in every room and my sons loved the bunkbeds. King size bed in the main with 1 of those full baths. There are 2 smart TVs, 1 in the main and 1 big screen in the living room, so if you have your own Streaming Accounts, you can just log right in and have access to everything you're used to at home. If you were to get all that is offered in this condo at a hotel, you'll be in a smaller overall space and will be another $150/night min.
As for Beach access, you will cross 4 streets with 1 of them main road, so you don't have to worry about crossing multiple busy roads. The walk is about 7 mins give a couple if you get caught waiting on that one crosswalk. We dragged the kids in a wagon with the beach gear. Beach toys, chairs, wagons and things are provided with the condo. I found it best to take the chairs, wagon, and just pay for an umbrella at the beach and let those guys deal with all that stuff.
For night life and things to do. There isn't too many activities that you can walk too, like mini golf, the pier, or the other Jolly Rogers amusements. However, it is a very short, easy drive and I never had an issue with parking anywhere I went. There are some cool restaurants that are in walking distance, like Papi's Tacos. You can walk to a few different breakfast places and there is a CVS that is also 3-5 min walk if you need something in a pinch.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. It is a great place to stay for anyone who wants a quiet place away from the noise of the boardwalk and traffic, but close enough to do everything you'll want to do in OC. Looking forward to booking this condo again.

5/5 We were pleased to be 2 blocks from the boardwalk at 15th street! The entry to the beach was right there upon hitting the boardwalk. Food options in both directions. The apartment slept our family of 6 very easily! Parking was a breeze. Will definitely book again!
