Beautiful property
5/5 Had a wonderful time staying at this property over the weekend. The unit is well maintained and very well equipped with all the amenities ( no washer/ dryer). Had to contact the agency to get checkin instructions, but other than that, no issues and loved our stay.

Excellent location and even better hosts!
5/5 Wonderful location, building and amenities. All this was topped by the quality of the hostess/representative. We were meant to check but it happened to be in the middle of a tropical storm with conditions worsening. We approached the rep (Laura B) and she was very accommodating and concerned. She allowed us the extra time needed to safely check out and even offered extending stay until conditions were safe. Highly recommend this not only for the property but even better quality of the people involved.

Beautiful condo!
5/5 The condo was perfectly clean, had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable! Balcony had a great view of the ocean and the bay. My husband said “book this place again next year”. We have stayed at 9400 several times in the past - great building with easy access to everything in both walking and driving distance! Great access to beach- pool is clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming to renters. 5 stars all the way!
LOCATION, LOCATION!
5/5 A quick getaway for my 17,14,and 9 year old granddaughters. Location couldnt be better. We could walk to great resteraunts,.lay on the beach and drive to the outlets. The condo was well furnished, clean and perfect for our stay.
