  The house was clean and there were no issues except that there was a leak we discovered in the upstairs bathroom. We notified the host and the problem was minor. The only comment I would make is that the pictures of the property make it seem a little bigger than it felt when we were there, but I don't think that is any kind of purposive deception at all - just a reminder that camera angles make things look perhaps a bit roomier than they are. Again, not deception - just me not always knowing how to interpret a photo. We enjoyed our stay.

• Will not stay again.

  The home is in a beautiful location, however, the location is the only thing we enjoyed about the space. The home was not recently cleaned, as was shown by the huge spider webs in the first bedroom. We arrived early Friday morning and attempted to use the coffee machine, only to find that there was a coffee filter left in it that was completely molded, disgusting, and unusable. The floors had not been clean and there were small holes in the sheets on the beds in the bedroom with the twin beds. We were unable to cook because we were afraid to use the pots provided which looked as if they had not been cleaned and still had grease residue on them.

  When it was time to leave, we tried to follow directions and leave the dishes in the dish washer but were uncomfortable doing that because of how dirty the dishwasher was, so we hand washed the dishes instead.

  We picked the home for my 29th birthday and unfortunately the home was not what we had wanted or expected. Again, we loved the neighborhood and our guest contact (Emory) was very responsive when we needed to re-gain access to the unit after check-out; however, the home was definitely somewhere I would not stay again.
