Great location for DC visit!!
5/5 This location is perfect! The property is conveniently located minutes from downtown DC, which made it easier form us to get around. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable experience. The ping pong table area was a nice touch, as well. We had no issues with any of the amenities (AC, stove, etc.); everything was in working order. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend for those looking for more than a hotel room!!

The house was really nice cozy. However there are 4 bedrooms and 1 TV. ..

No heat for two nights and 2 days. Plus only 1 queen sized bed.
1/5 We arrived late in the evening and the house was freezing cold. Guessing around 55 degrees inside the house. No batteries in the thermostat or any way to turn heat on. Checked out the bedrooms that were advertised as 4 queen beds and found only 1 Queen sized bed. The other three were “double sized” or smaller. We contacted the guest services person about the heat and she made it sound like it was our fault that the heat wasn’t on and no batteries we’re in the thermostat. After a day of sight seeing we decided to head back to the house it still was freezing in there so we walked to the store to but batteries got the thermostat to try and get heat in the house. The batteries did power up the thermostat but still no heat came on so we spent a second night and day in the freezing cold house. My 74 year old mother left to get a hotel room because she could stand the cold. I told the guest service person that I wanted a refund for ghe 1st two nights of our stay because it was freezing cold in the house. She refused to issue a refund and finally at 3 PM on the 3 day there they sent someone to fix the heater. By our third night we did have heat and the house did get back to 68 degrees rather than 58 degrees which it was the prior 48 hours we were there. Having a warm house is such a basic thing I can’t believe they wouldn’t refund our first two nights of sleeping in a cold freezing house and not sending a repair person out to fix the heat situation right away. Very disappointed. Not to mention lying about the size of the three other non-queen sized beds.
