  Host was very welcoming, the house was very clean. Only issue is a hot tub was advertised and it was a blow up one, big enough for a child. Also didnt like the fact the homeowner was there to walk me through the property and she was actively watching the cameras to see who was coming and going and sending text about people it!

  Had a great time. The home well loved, easily sleeps 6, and our host made sure we got settled when we arrived. It is very conveniently located with easy access to downtown as well as the expressway that goes to the North. Also there is an easy walking distance to the Cylburn Arboretum and the Jones Falls Trail.

  I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! The owner absolutely spoiled us with a house decorated for Valentine's Day including special treats! She has thought of every possible thing that a guest may need. We travel often and there is nothing harder than being exhausted and having barely anything to get by. We were so comfortable with plenty of towels, blankets, shared amenities available. She is so kind and communicative. We will absolutely use this house as our Baltimore stays and highly recommend you do too!

  The area was quiet I didn’t even hear traffic. Off limit items should NOT be where guests might TOUCH them. Seeing labels on everything was unwelcoming. The downstairs bdrms chandeliers were too low for the height of the beds. The lack of blinds/curtains that weren’t see through was another HUGE issue. I prefer privacy while I’m inside day and especially at night. The cameras in every room was invasive because Blink systems have live feeds. I don’t agree with them inside the bdrms. bc outside mounting in the window would be secure enough. Trash wasn’t picked up the day before so our trash was overflow. This host insisted, “It’s in my contract that I meet guest…when you check in a hotel you have to meet a person to get your keys/the fact that I’m giving you my keys to my home I want to put them in your hands…I will be waiting for you and your guest.” We always arrive at night to avoid traffic she insisted that she’d be waiting instead of leaving the key in the lockbox like every other rental I’ve ever used on Vrbo. She left before we got there/called us to leave yet another note on the door with the code which is usually sent through the app before we arrive🙄 I’m certain that all of these rentals are owned by someone. I picked this place bc it’s near family. I don’t like being hovered over. The last day she said she wanted to meet us before we left😤 but couldn’t bc of the time. We came back someone was at the house but the music was up so loud they never heard us knocking.

  - I apologize if the key exchange process was not to your preference. I typically aim to meet guests upon arrival to provide a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in process. However, I understand that this may not always be convenient for every guest, and I will consider alternative arrangements in the future.
