A week spent for work
4/5 Stayed for a trade show at the DCU center. We arrived in the dark. The very technically updated keypad took a few tries to let us in... in the dark. The house is extremely clean, neat and tidy.Bedding was comfortable, bathrooms immaculate. Yes... you could walk around in bare feet and not fear the unknown! Yes the owner/manager lives on property, and very attentive. SHe was a text away with any need or question. We did find there was not a lot of cleaning supplies or extra provisions. We did purchase our own spray cleaners, paper towels and laundry detergent, as well as cling wrap and tin foil. Other than that... it was a very nice stay for our work purposes as we were there only in the evenings and to sleep. Would rent again.

Not spacious and owner wasn't helpful with the yellow jackets swarming in her home.
1/5 We booked this place for 2 nights. When we arrived, there were 10+ yellow jackets. The owner claimed she didn't know about the yellow jackets and would send her property manager the next day with bug spray. We stayed up late killing the yellow jackets before we went to bed. The next day, we found where the yellow jackets were coming into the house. I notified the owner, and we left the home to go sightseeing. We arrived home after dark, and no bug spray was dropped off. We stayed up late, again, to take care of the yellow jacket situation that were still flying into the home. The bug spray was in the mailbox the morning we checked-out.
The listing states that there is a separate unit that is occupied. This is not a separate unit, its separated by locked doors from the other side. This made us uncomfortable. The French doors of the living room are locked and there are two doors in the kitchen that are locked. The back of the home is separated off by these locked doors. We worried if someone would unlock any of these 3 doors and enter our side of the home.
