  This was a great house for our stay, it had everything we needed, is close to a supermarket and other shops. The kayaks were great fun on the lake, and it was nice to use the table tennis when the weather wasn't so good.

  This was one of the best vacations we have taken and this house was a big part of it. It had everything we needed for all the ages in our family. It was modern and quaint at the same time. The backyard was amazing, we spent a lot of time back there. The house has everything you need for your vacation. The location is so perfect to experience all areas of the cape. The neighbors were nice as well. Great house, I would recommend it to everyone!

• Excellent, well stocked, thoughtfully decorated mid Cape house

  My family of two parents, a teen, and a pre-teen had a blast staying for 8 nights in this wonderful house. The house is nicely decorated, has plenty of beds and amenities and modern conveniences, despite being an older house. We mad full use of various perks: Kayaks, bikes, backyard, barbeque, outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrella, hammock, kitchen, pingpong table, etc. There is a neighborhood pond close by, and we were able to transport the kayaks there using an old stroller available in the shed. I recommend bringing/renting a truck to make this much easier, and to go explore other bodies of water. The location is great as well, with proximity to Rte 28 with ice cream parlors, pirate museum, mini golfs, beaches, restaurants, etc.

  Inside the house, stand fans in every room and central AC made it a pleasant stay in the hot and muggy weather. Kitchen is adequately stocked, though we felt the need for a small pot, and some small bowls. Beds are very comfortable, and all of us were able to sleep soundly even on the first night.

  All in all, we had a blast, and would stay again. It's a a great place for up to 6 people, and ideal for a family of 4.
