Family trip
5/5 We have been Wellfleet , many times, and this rental was worth every penny… Everything from the view to being located very strategically to get in and out of town without dealing with too much of the route 6 traffic
We were able to navigate easily with our bikes to get over to the rail trail. The house had everything you could possibly need. It was a great home away from home for the week… We will be back.!

House had a beautiful feeling
5/5 We loved the house. Perched above the bay, it had wonderful views, and we were struck by how personally chosen the decor and furnishings were. Two suggestions: the house's description said it had 3 full and one half bathrooms, which is not accurate: yes, there were 4 toilets and 4 sinks in the house, but actually only 2 showers between 4 bathrooms. It might stem initial disappointment, if your description read :"2 full bathrooms and four half bathrooms" or explained that the downstairs bathrooms share one shower. Another initial snafu - not the fault of the house or owners, but perhaps miscommunication between the manager and Evolve. I had received several emails from Evolve saying the house could be entered via a keycode which would be the last 4 digits of my cell, info I shared with the other couples joining. However, while we were on the road, the manager texted me with a different code we needed for entry. This would have been okay but the batteries for the keycode pad had run out, leaving us outside the house for an hour, having been on the road for 8 hours - hot, tired, wanting to unload the car, take a shower before our dinner date on the pier at 5. We know batteries run out and the manager did help us get in, but I would strongly suggest batteries for the keypad be double checked the day of stay. These two things aside, the manager was very responsive to our texts and the house is so lovely we would recommend it to others as a homey, great place to stay.

Beautiful view and lovely living space
5/5 The view of the bay from the back porch and living room area was breathtaking. We loved watching the sunsets. The living room was spacious and decorated with beautiful artwork. The whole house was clean and the location was close ti beaches and a short drive to downtown.
This house was great for our family. One thing to note is that although the main bedroom suite is in the entry level floor, the other bedrooms and loft require going down or up a spiral staircase which could be difficult for elderly or small children to navigate. It did not affect us because we had adults and infants and this house was really wonderful for us

Beautiful home
4/5 This is a beautiful home in a great location in Wellfleet MA. Nice deck with great views of the Cove. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach supplies. Driveway and parking cars can be challenging. Spiral staircase not great for navigating and downstair bedrooms just Ok.
