Location and house were great. Host was nice and easy to reach. Highly recommend.
This property worked well with our group, however overall it was the property was dated, and missing some minor items one might expect- soap in bathrooms for shower, and paper towels. The on premise contact was fine, we really did not have to contact them. The views here are beautiful, we loved the ability to walk into Vineyard Haven, and actually over to Oak Bluffs. If I were to come back to MV, I would rent this property again.

This property was everything that we wanted for our family and pet friendly Martha?s Vineyard trip. Extremely spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our party of 6 and then 7 with a later guest. Nice backyard for our dog. Enjoyed taking a few kayak and canoe trips from the property. Beautiful views of the lagoon, which has warmer water than the ocean. Cooked all our dinners in the kitchen which has all amenities and great outdoor grill. Outdoor shower which we didn?t use. The decor is typical MV, like the home of your favorite aunt or uncle. Slightly dated bathrooms which were fine for us. Can walk to Vineyard Haven for your morning coffee. I would definitely come back to this property. But MV sure has gotten crowded in the summer:(
