    First let me say working with Evolve was a great experience. Whenever I had an issue, it was taking care of promptly. As for the house, it is a good size for just two people. It is very old and had a bit of a musty smell in the bedrooms, but nothing unbearable. When my daughter was ill on vacation, we had discovered the a/c in the bedroom had black mold in it and probably attributed to the musty smell we smelled. We left a day early when we discovered this. This is NOT central air as advertised and I hope they update it. The owner was very responsive when I had questions, which was well appreciated.
