5/5 Save yourself the headache, book somewhere else.
1/5 Liked: House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of bathrooms for a larger group.
Disliked: Owner is rude and extremely unprofessional. We had an incident where neighbors came over to introduce themselves one night when they saw us outside. Because of this it seemed like we were over capacity at the house. Without a call, text, warning, the owner ran over to the house with his dog and without introducing himself, demands that everyone leaves. Not go inside and quiet down. leave. I have never been treated like that in all my years renting vacation homes.
Secondly, BEWARE OF NEIGHBORS DOG. Next to the property is another house that bumps up to it. Their dog bit one of the guests in my party and they had to be rushed to the hospital for stitches and a tetanus shot.
Off season family getaway
5/5 Our family was delighted with the home and would give it 5 stars in all catagoires. The house was clean, well equipped and beautifully sited in the heart of Hyannisport. Moreover, the owner was easy to reach and responsive to all of requests. Highly recommend this property to others, and hope to return in the future.

Amazing location
5/5 The Kennedy compound for neighbors. Wow! Fabulous home. It could use with some updates and could be cleaner but I would still HIGHLY recommend this property.
