House not ready to stay.
2/5 We were planning in using the fire pit in the yard but the lawn was to high. There had been rain in the area but big much vertigo as my allowing it to be mowed. The back porch was not clean at all. The walls to the house were covered in mold. The a/c and heat would not turn in.When staying in the adjacent room from thr bathroom I opened the window in the evening for air and there was no screen.The porch floor was stained and it looked as if the porch was generally neglected. Nog z as hood choice.

-We want to clarify that the walls are not covered in mold. The cleanliness and upkeep of our property are of utmost importance to us, and we work diligently to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests.
-We were not aware of any issues with the AC during your stay, as you had not reached out to us about it. However, after your departure, we promptly had an HVAC professional inspect the system, and a faulty wire was found and replaced. We encourage our guests to communicate with us if they encounter any issues during their stay, as we're always ready to send someone over to resolve any problems promptly.
-Regarding the back porch, it is indeed made of concrete, and we're glad to know there was no staining concern.

5/5 Perfect location…minutes from Smith College. The house was modern, clean and had everything available for our family to spend time together over our daughter’s graduation weekend.
The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer and detergent available and all linens, were available in the house for our use. Abundance of towels, washcloths, extra pillows, blankets etc. all available for our use.
We enjoyed the screened in porch and the open deck to soak up the sun.
The house had 2 separate living areas letting us be able to have some space.
Pet friendly is always a plus.
The property liaison and entire Evolve management team were super responsive to my requests for the weekend.
Great experience.

5/5 What a perfect place to stay for our daughters graduation from UMASS! We stayed with my parents. The house was itself was clean and decorated beautifully! The back yard, covered porch and deck were so perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee. But the most wonderful thing was connecting with our host! I had a few questions before the trip that were answered quickly. The night before check out I requested a late check out to spend more time with our daughter before heading home. Our host graciously accepted and allowed us to stay until noon! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this trip overall. Thank you!!!
