• Ants infested the bathroom!

  The property was nice and in a good location but the bathroom attached to main floor bedroom was infested with ants! On Day 1 they were crawling all over the bathroom floor and got into my wife's luggage and make-up bag. We found a gallon of insect spray and sprayed the bathroom floor, baseboards and window sill where they were crawling. This did not stop them. We contacted the property host and he said this has occurred on 2 previous occasions. Not acceptable!! The ants continued to occupy the bathroom and shower area on Days 2 and 3 of our stay. The host said an exterminator was coming on the day we checked out. I cannot recommend this property. We have asked for a rent adjustment but nothing from the property owner and we have been home for 3 days now. This was not a pleasant experience for my wife who is not a fan of bugs in the first place.

  Home is vintage, good location, beautiful yard and hot tub.No closets were available, all were locked and only a few hangars to hang clothes on the wall hooks. only two sets of towels per person were furnished. Front door was locked so only access to the screened in front porch was from the outside. It had not been prepared for use. Watch your fingers when shutting the back door; the knob is very close to the door frame and you can get a painful "pinch" . We would not book this property again.

  - We provide two sets of towels per guest as a standard but would have been happy to offer more upon request.
  - The front door is accessible using the key from the lockbox located at the back door, which opens both the front and back doors.
  - We are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness in the outdoor area, and it was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. However, during this time of year, there are large amounts of pollen, which can quickly cover surfaces.
  - The doorknob's placement is standard.
  We do all we can within our control to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Stayed for a week and great place, the porch was a great place to relax.
