Lacking
2/5 The townhouse itself was nice, but it was lacking a lot of amenities. For example, the TVs did not work. There were no coffee table or end tables only a dining table. No soaps or shampoo is in the shower pots and pans. Left a lot to be desired fireplaces did not work. The location is not the greatest. It’s on a busy road. There is a good restaurant across the road though. there is a pond in the back, but it’s a Waze and there’s no access.

Hi Susan, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the townhouse overall, but we’re sorry to hear that some amenities didn’t meet your expectations. After discussing your experience with the homeowner, they wanted to offer some additional information:
- The recent power outage due to a storm may have affected the TVs, as it can occasionally impact service on Cape Cod. We are planning to upgrade all three TVs to smart TVs by the end of the year.
- There is a coffee table on each floor in front of the TVs, along with bedside tables in the bedrooms. We will confirm with our on-site property management that all tables are in place for guest convenience.
- We provide full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner for guest use, along with bar soap and liquid hand soap. We apologize if these items were not readily available, and will follow up with the cleaning team to ensure proper restocking between stays.
- Pots and pans, including a large lobster pot, are available in the kitchen. If specific cookware was missing, we’ll be sure to double-check the inventory.
- The fireplaces are gas-operated and turned off for the summer season. They’re available for use during cooler months, and this information is noted in the Guest Welcome Book.
- As for the location, the townhouse is on Main Street, which does experience some traffic. However, it offers convenient access to local restaurants and amenities.
- The pond is indeed a beautiful view, but due to a steep slope and ongoing erosion stabilization work, direct access isn’t recommended for safety reasons.

A quiet townhome in a great location
5/5 very versatile townhome for a family with kids, a couple or two couples. also has washer/dryer not shown on property description. Tri-level home with lots of options but stairs are bit steep that could be a challenge for some, but fine for the able bodied. A new feel & extraordinarily clean.
