Perfect Location

Excellent location!
5/5 The house is perfect for a small family and had everything we needed. There was even shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower! Very centrally located, and we were able to drive wherever we were going within an hour. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Experience
5/5 The home/cottage was spacious, clean and centrally located to the Brewster beaches...and close to the beaches in Orleans: Skaket + Nauset.
The Cape Cod Bike Path is also 50 yards away.
Well furnished with updated amenities, we could have easily stayed for an extended period.
Finally, the Host was very accomidating as she checked-in during our stay to see if all was going well.
Looking forward to a repeat visit in 2024!

Nice house in a perfect location!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at “The Flat Top”. We had five adults, a child and an infant and it was comfortable enough for all of us. The house included all of the necessities such as soap, shampoo, body wash, and paper towels. All essential cooking utensils were also provided which made it easy for us to cook while we were there. This house was located in the perfect location. It is literally steps away from the Cape Cod rail trail which we used daily and close to many restaurants in Brewster. It is also a short bike ride (about 5 minutes) or walk (about 15 minutes) to Ellis Landing Beach where we enjoyed the sunset. I can’t stress enough how great the location is! It is also just a short drive to Orleans for outer cape beaches as well. Our contact, Kristen was also very quick to respond to any of our questions. Thank you for a great stay!
