Be ready to clean
4/5 For these rates I wouldn’t expect to find….
1) an absolutely filthy waste can. Spent 20 minutes scrubbing it myself.
2) no toilet paper….. really !
3) Dirty floors and baseboards
4) Dirty bathrooms. 5) Filthy stovetop.

5/5 The house was amazing, the pier was so nice to be able to just relax in the chairs!
bonus: everyone enjoyed a few games of "horse" at the basketball court.
we will definitely be returning to this house next summer!
