PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 3390 Nicholson Dr, Unit C303, Baton Rouge, LA 70802
- As you approach Victory Commons heading south (toward LSU) on Nicholson Dr, turn right into the complex. There is parking outside the gate. Get out of your vehicle and walk over to the LiftMaster box located next to the south pedestrian gate

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. To access the community, park in the lot located outside of the gate and locate the LiftMaster box. To open the gate using the LiftMaster box, press 'Entry Code (PIN)' and enter the code 3390, followed by 'Enter.' Then, get back in your vehicle and pull through the open gate
- Community gates will open automatically when exiting
- Use the Gate Fob (hanging inside behind the front door) during your stay to go back and forth from the complex. If you forget it you can use the LiftMaster outside the gate again
- The assigned covered parking spot is marked C303 on the concrete bumper (first covered spot on the right side of Victory Den). It is next to the elevator
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Press the lock button on the keyless entry pad to lock the deadbolt. No need to lock the door handle 
- To access the community remotely, use the gate fob hanging inside the property behind the front door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
