Great Place but not a fan of extra fees
5/5 Awesome Place but I’m not a fan of the “extra fees”.
It’s better if they just listed it at the price per night.
Still a great location and a very nice place.

Definitely a new rental apartment
3/5 Location was great, difficulty getting amenities key and wifi information. Received a warning sticker, from apartment complex, on my car that was parked in the designated spot for the rental apartment. No coffee cups or glassware.

"We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location! Feedback is always welcome as we endeavor to provide each guest with a 5-star experience.
• Our apologies for the delay in providing the amenities card. We will work on getting this issued quicker.
• Wifi information is located on the modem sitting on the fireplace mantle. We are in the process of writing a welcome home letter to provide clarification for future guests.
• We are sorry that the parking information was inaccurate. Warning stickers are not issued by management, but rather by another homeowner, if it was their dedicated parking space. We'll work with Evolve to have this corrected.
• Thank you for your suggestions for providing glassware.
