Very nice property; better stocking of necessities would make it 5-star
4/5 This is a very nice home that is well decorated and with very nice amenities. Two minor relatively minor (but annoying) issues brought my rating down:
1) the VRBO listing links to the incorrect address; this resulted in our showing up at the wrong house to a very confused homeowner
2) we ran out of body wash and toilet paper and had to buy our own (we were extremely busy during our visit and simply didn't have time to contact the property owner about this issue); no laundry detergent was supplied but there was bleach, fabric softener, etc. present which seemed a curious oversight
Fix these two issues and the property is 5-star.

Lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood
5/5 The house was just what we needed. It is comfortable and very well appointed. We were not at the house very much. However it is very close to campus and made our weekend very comfortable.
