Not a good stay
2/5 The house smelled musty and we came into bugs in the bathroom everyday, We did not like our stay, we decided to leave a day early

Pros and Cons
3/5 Pros:The house is very centrally located. Very easy access to everything in Lexington.Plenty of on sight parking.Very nice deck and porch area.Cons:An extremely uncomfortable sofa. We could not sit and watch TV in the evenings.Floors were very squeaky. There is no moving around quietly in the night or morning.The plumbing is old. You will either freeze, or get scalded if someone uses water while you shower.Mattresses are old and sag in the middle.People living downstairs were quite loud on a few occasions, and took up a lot of parking space.

Cute and clean
5/5 Needed this home for a temporary stay during my travel contract at UofK and it is very cute and clean. Conveniently close to all of the hospitals so just beware and have a fan or something for white noise, you can hear all of the sirens. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
Great location
4/5 Property was spacious and convenient. TV was problematic. Was unable to find world series game. Communications via text were never answered. Always had to call!!
