- The address may also populate as 1351 Hunting Ground Rd, which will also you take you to the correct location
- For directions, GPS is not accurate so it's important to use the address provided to get to the neighborhood. But, the address is actually a different property. Once a guest enters the gate behind VanMeter Boat Storage, the old gravel road is called Hunting Ground Rd. Hunting Ground Rd. starts behind the boat storage so it's not visible from the main road. Travel about a mile on the gravel road, then turn left to go uphill on the paved road toward Clee's Point. At the top of the short hill, turn right. 95 Clee's Point Rd. is the first house on the right

- This property is located in a gated community. The gate code is 2022
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 234310
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and secure shut
- All garbage must be bagged in black garbage bags and secured in trash cans, no loose trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in a pile
- Start a load of laundry with the twin bunk bedding only. Use hot water and a laundry tab from the closet. The code for the laundry room door is 9595, no need to stay and transfer the bedding to the dryer
- Place all used towels in the hall bathroom bathtub
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
