Made the best of it
2/5 The house had several problems, it’s a old house that has been nicely restored in a roll house community, no privacy at all. The basement wasn’t remodeled and had mold so bad, it was all through the first floor. We stayed mostly upstairs in the bedroom. The mold had us coughing and nose burning. But we made the best of it and stayed in Cincinnati a lot

-The home is in an urban area, just five minutes from downtown Cincinnati and two minutes from downtown Covington.
-As the homeowner, we lived in the renovated home for a year after purchasing it and did not encounter any issues with dampness or moisture.
-The basement has not been renovated due to the age and height of the ceilings, and there’s no reason for guests to access that area.
-We’ve shared your feedback with our local cleaner, who regularly maintains the property. After a thorough inspection, they did not observe any concerns or issues.

1/5 Remodeling/renovations on property while renting to me was unacceptable and very disrespectful the rental should never have been available if there was work going on really want a refund!

-There are multiple entrances to the property, so the work being done should not have impacted your stay.
