  Inside is clean. Outside needs a good power washing and use a blower before guests arrive to get rid of cobwebs, bugs, dust, and leaves. Walk to dock is very steep, to the point of not wanting to do it at all. The online pictures make the place look more impressive than it is.

  Regarding the exterior, we do our best to maintain the outdoor areas with regular pressure washing and pest control. However, we will look into enhancing our cleaning schedule to ensure the outdoor space is in top shape for each guest’s arrival.
  
  As for the walk to the dock, we understand that the steepness can be challenging for some, and we appreciate your feedback on this. We strive to provide accurate representations of the property, and your comments will help us ensure guests have the right expectations.

• Family get away

  Ok place. Smaller than i thought especially the downstairs.

  Not well equipped for someone with phsyical limits to be able to fully enjoy. But accommodated us well for sleep and meals.

  Hot tub not turned on so was cold and could not enjoy the evening we got there.

  Taking stuff downstair to the rooms was a little challenge due to spiral stairs. So son in law drove down to unload but had a hard time getting back up even in a off road pickup.

  Going to and from dock sucked. Especially with items to go out on a boat or with a toddler.

  -Due to the property’s hillside location, the path to the dock does have some incline. There is a concrete path to help with navigation.
  -We apologize that the hot tub wasn’t turned on and heated upon your arrival. The homeowner has addressed this to ensure it’s ready for future guests.
  -We will update our listing to make sure the spiral staircase is clearly noted.

• Our wonderful women’s trip!

  We had a really great time at this house! We are older women, but we were aware of the narrow winding stairs to get to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is the only one on the main floor. There are also 3 steps from driveway to the walkway leading into the house and about 6 stairs leading from the front door into the living area. We all did fine, but this would not be for anyone having walking or climbing problems. The walk to the boat dock is also pretty steep. The inside of the house is adorable! It had lots of character. The deck was very nice. The only big negative is the outside of the house. It needs some huge attention with some power washing getting bugs, mold and grime off of the structure and outside lanterns. We were very nervous entering the house for the first time because the outside was so dirty. We know it is a chore with being surrounded by trees and water. A little power washing occasionally would really help the outside appeal. Other than that, our stay was perfect!
