  Not a clean house. After only being here for an hour I had to sweep the floor because I could not stand to be here in the filth. The floors have definitely not been swept or mopped in a long time from the way my children’s feet look in just an hour. The kitchen was clean-ish, sink was leaky and fridge needs a good cleaning. The house does have a musty smell but I believe that just goes with the age of the home , big enough house for 8+ people and large parking area (more like 3 cars). We love Dale Hollow but will not be using this house again.

  -The floors are swept and mopped thoroughly after each guest checks out to ensure a clean environment.
  -The kitchen sink had a minor issue that was being addressed before your arrival, and it has now been fully repaired. We did notify you of this before your arrival.
  -The refrigerator is cleaned regularly, but we’ll ensure that it receives extra attention during the next cleaning.

  This place worked for us but a few things need to be addressed. It could really use a deep cleaning everywhere. lights on the porch by the carport would be very helpful. A Better set of pot and pans for a large group. The fridge has a leak from the freezer that makes the bottom of the fridge hold water and freeze items in the back. There is a bucket under the sink to catch the water that leaks at the drain. I am sure this adds to the musty smell at the house. There are not enough outdoor trash cans with lids for this size of home. We have been coming to the lake for years. We will not stay at this rental again.

  - We will have the fridge checked to resolve the leaking issue
  - There are four large trash cans on the property, and we apologize if they were insufficient for your needs. We offered to come pick up any additional trash ourselves

  This location was perfect for our weekend golf get away. Provided all the space we needed for 8 guys.
